Pandemic playbook project:
A Playbook for Responding to Pandemic-Related Records and Beyond
Webinar sponsored by new ARMA NOVA Silver Sponsor

COVID-19 has not only forced organizations to invent new ways of doing business, these seismic shifts have also resulted in the collection of new kinds of data, some of which are highly sensitive biometric data.
This webinar will introduce a Playbook developed with input from nine large organizations, representing the financial, food distribution, airline, software, oil and gas, utilities, and accounting sectors. The Playbook has been updated as new record types such as vaccine records have emerged. The webinar will highlight the list of potential pandemic-related records, provide practical guides for their lifecycle management, and discuss emerging best practices for new records ingestion and record controls.
