Kristina Francis (CKM, AIIM ECM Specialist, MS Information Systems Technology) has nearly 20 years of experience driving strategic direction for her clients with a concentration on implementing transformational business and information solutions. She is known for her ability to quickly dissect problems, assemble strong teams, effectively communicate progress, and deliver a quality solution.

As President/CEO of EsteemLogic, Kristina partners with clients to address and solve their most complex challenges. As a former Director for Systems Development and Cyber Solutions for a management consulting firm, Kristina managed a $35M+ portfolio and was responsible for capturing, staffing and executing business opportunities. In 2007, she was a recipient of the Black Engineer of the Year/Modern Day Technology Leader award.
